서비스 이용약관

본 이용약관(이하 ‘약관’)은 Dumply Team(이하 ‘팀’)이 개발 및 제공하는 크롬 확장프로그램 ‘Dumply’(이하 ‘서비스’)의
이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 팀 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다.
제1조 (목적 및 효력)
- 본 약관은 이용자가 서비스를 설치 및 사용하는 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
- 팀은 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 크롬 웹스토어 설명란 또는 서비스 내 공지사항을 통해 고지됩니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
- 서비스는 사용자가 임의로 작성한 메모(브레인 덤프)를 분석하여 중요도(MoSCoW 기법) 기준에 따라 자동으로 분류하는 인공지능(AI) 도구 및 이와 연동된 당일 캘린더 대시보드를 제공합니다.
- 기본적으로 사용자의 데이터는 본인의 컴퓨터 브라우저 로컬 저장소(
chrome.storage.local)에만 저장되며, 팀은 사용자가 별도로 동의하지 않는 한 사용자의 텍스트 데이터를 자체 서버에 수집 및 보관하지 않습니다.
제3조 (AI 서비스 및 책임의 한계)
- 서비스가 제공하는 MoSCoW 우선순위 자동 분류 결과는 인공지능 알고리즘 분석 결과에 기반한 조언 및 참고용 자료일 뿐이며, 특정 업무나 계획 수행에 대한 성공이나 완벽성을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 이용자는 AI 분류 결과를 최종 검토 및 확정할 전적인 권한과 책임이 있습니다.
제4조 (구글 서비스 연동 및 데이터 관리)
- 서비스는 오늘 대시보드 화면 구성을 위해 구글 캘린더 API를 연동하여 일정 조회 기능을 제공합니다.
- 캘린더 API 연동을 통해 발생한 데이터는 오직 사용자의 브라우저 내에서만 렌더링되며, 팀은 해당 데이터를 제3자 광고 네트워크 등에 전송하거나 영리적 목적으로 임의 활용하지 않습니다.
- 사용자의 기기 고장, 브라우저 캐시 삭제, 서비스 삭제(Uninstallation) 등으로 인해 로컬에 기록된 덤프 데이터가 영구 유실될 수 있으며, 팀은 클라우드 동기화 모드를 사용하지 않는 오프라인 상태에서 발생한 데이터 유실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지사항)
이용자는 서비스를 사용하는 과정에서 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나, API 서버에 비정상적으로 과도한 트래픽을 유발하는 행위.
- 크롬 확장프로그램의 소스코드를 리버스 엔지니어링하여 시스템 보안을 무력화하려는 시도.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the ‘Dumply’ Chrome extension (“Service”) developed by Dumply
Team (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), including the conditions of use and the rights and responsibilities between users and
the team.
Section 1 (Purpose and Acceptance)
- These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the ‘Dumply’ Chrome extension (“Service”) developed by Dumply Team (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
- By installing and using the Service, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 2 (Description of Service)
- Dumply provides an AI-powered prioritization tool using the MoSCoW methodology to organize raw brain-dump notes, integrated with a daily dashboard connecting Google Calendar events.
- By default, Dumply is a local-first application. All raw textual notes and priorities are stored locally within the User’s browser cache (
chrome.storage.local). No content is saved on our servers without explicit synchronization consent.
Section 3 (AI Disclaimer)
- The MoSCoW classification generated by Dumply’s AI integration is for structural organization purposes only. We do not guarantee the analytical perfectness or real-world validity of the classified outcomes.
- The user holds the final responsibility for review, adjustment, and implementation of all prioritizations.
Section 4 (Third-Party Integrations & Google API Policies)
- The Service integrates Google Calendar APIs to display today’s schedule. This processing occurs client-side. We strictly adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, ensuring no Google Calendar data is transferred to third-party advertisers.
- In the offline/local mode, all data resides in the User’s browser local cache. We are not responsible for any accidental data loss resulting from cache clearance, hardware failure, or extension uninstallation.
Section 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in:
- Generating abnormal API request volumes that jeopardize the security or performance of our integrated AI systems.
- Attempting to decompile or reverse-engineer the extension package to bypass functional tier restrictions.
